Degree in Law. During his 37 years of public service as an Official of the General State Administration (Spain), he has held positions of responsibility in areas as diverse as Justice, Interior, Health, Economy or Education. Among the positions of responsibility that he has held, it is worth mentioning that of Deputy General Director of Consumption of the Community of Madrid for nine years, carrying out actions as important as the launch of the Consumer Portal of the Community of Madrid, or carrying out of the First European Meeting for Consumer Protection in Product Safety Matters.
